Ski area Pizol

The "Pizol" lift pass pass gives you access to a total of 43 km of pistes, 4.5 km of ski routes (509 - 2,227 m) and 12 lifts. The 6-person chair lift "Schwamm" with Porsche-style seats especially reflects the modernity of the ski area. Gondolas head to the summits from two sides of the mountain. One starts in Bad Ragaz, the other in neighbouring resort of Wangs, which can still be reached after the lifts close via one fantastic downhill run. Furthermore, there is also a speed measuring track and a public race track with time measurement.

Otherwise, the ski area is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced skiers, who will find some challenging, narrow descents here. In addition, on Fridays and sometimes Thursdays there is the possibility of night skiing from Furt to the Maienberg middle station and night tobogganing on a 3.5 km long, illuminated toboggan run (as per information on site). There is also a fun park with funslope.

In the ski area you have access to free Wi-Fi hotspots at many cable car stations. You also have the option to share your day of skiing online.

Après ski Bad Ragaz

Après ski in Bad Ragaz is more on the quiet side. Although there are facilities for you to have a drink in the ski area Pizol, in Bad Ragaz itself it is rather calm. Several restaurants can be found here, even gourmets will be more than satisfied. Off the pistes, most people dedicate their free time to visits to the local spas.

For the active ones, there is still enough to do though. How about a ride in the snow-cat, for instance? At Pizol there is also inflatable body board track.

Extensive walking and hiking tracks take outdoor lovers across frozen lakes and streams, along snow-covered fields and bare vineyards. Thanks to its altitude on 2,227 m the Pizol Panorama path is particularly beautiful.

Snowpark: Snowpark Riderpark Pizol Bad Ragaz

The Riderpark Pizol offers freestylers of all levels the best conditions. A wide variety of rails and boxes as well as several kicker lines with different levels of difficulty make this small park a real highlight. The "Chill Area" with deckchairs and sound systems, which rounds off the rider park with its innovative design, should not be overlooked, either.
